All clients who do not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of session, will forfeit the $50 deposit. 

If Lacie Bee Photography can not perform due to casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then the Photographer shall return the deposit fee to the Client, but shall not have any further liability to the Contract.
